the customer can return it for €10.00 if he has booked a taxi for the return journey.
Any trip ordered for immediately (via the “Go now” button) can be cancelled free of charge up to 3 minutes after the trip has been sent from the taxi dispatch center to the driver.
Any trip ordered for a later date (“Book for a later date” button) can be cancelled free of charge up to 20 minutes before the exact departure time.
Any trip for which the customer does not show up within 5 minutes of the scheduled departure time or after the customer has been notified by SMS of the vehicle’s arrival will be considered a cancellation and will be billed according to the rates below. After these deadlines, cancellation fees will be charged according to the following rates:
